I got it figured out. Heres the work around. Youre limited to +/-15% per map.
open pc 5 map, copy it and paste the values on to a pc6 zero map
load it onto the pc6
youll then notice that it automatically modified your map.
create another map within that file.
paste the pc5 map to the new pc6 map
copy the pc6 map that you sent to the device
‘paste subtract’ to the new map
send to the device
at this point you should have 2 fuel maps loaded onto the device and that should allow you an adjustment range of 30%
if you need another 15% create another map

If you noticed when you send the map to your PC6 unit it modified your fuel trims. The power core software will not let you trim your fuel cells +/- 15%.

Also there is a base map that you cannot see. Those zeros you see when first connecting your power commander 6 are just a reflection of the changes you made. The power commander is preloaded with a base map that you cannot see. For example if you download a PC6 map from the dynojet website and try to view the fuel trims they will all appear as zeros.

I think you can compare a pcv map to a pc6 map and apply the trims that way. I was looking for a way around it the other day. Im pretty sure that worked. I had to leave for work before i had a chance to check.
