Storing the bike upright will avoid the spongy pedal after storage. It has everything to do with storing on the side stand.

I have pulled the plugs to verify no spark

Not sure how to check the coils?

Fuel pump is priming

Have not replaced the 40 Amp fuse. Probably should either way

The bike cranks and sounds quite normal trying to start….just wont fire. And I know for sure there is no spark.
