I have a 2009 Victory Vision Tour and for the first 4 or 5 I never had an issue with the brakes, but now every Sping when I take my bike out of heated Winter storage the brake pedal is soft and I have to bleed the one piston on the front caliper that is in the linked system.

I read somewhere that it is an issue with the crimp on the brake line off of the foot brake cylinder that runs up to the front caliper, I cant find that info again. I never see any brake fluid on the floor over the Winter, but have had to bleed it every Spring, which is a big pain to do.

Does someone know if replacing the line will solve the problem and if so, where could I get a brake line that will be the correct replacement.

    Thanks

It is a known issue. My solution was to store the bike in a wheel chock and vertical. For some reason this prevents air from entering the line. Have not had the issue since. Hope this helps you.
