My Cross country tour 2014 when cold has very jerky clutch. When I release clutch to get going I feel few strong jerks. Once hits up all works OK. What it could be?

I would try a new pressure plate, yours may be warped. Then just go through the rest of the clutch because you’re there and might as well.
