    Hey, All,

I just picked up a 99 V92c for the express purpose of more wrench time. Luckily, this looks like the bike for me. hehe. Anyway, a previous owner removed the horn, and I’m not sure where the wires to hook it up are. There’s a gaggle of stuff zip-tied and fused together. I’m wondering if that was it. Anyway, here are pictures of the spot.

I have no idea what the former owner has done there.

This is going to be a stellar project for a guy that wants more wrenching time!

If it were my project I’d order a new harness from a 2002-2006 V92 and replace the entire harness as an assembly.

Some follow up.. I wonder if this wiring from the previous owner has caused an odometer issue I’m having. The odometer resets every time I ride. The mechanic that did the Texas state inspection brought it to my attention. I thought it defaulted to the trip meter when I fired it up, but it’s the odometer resetting every ride. I’m not concerned about documenting the mileage, cause I’m going to wrench and ride this thing until Thanos snaps it into dust. I’m just curious what could cause that.
