Thanks for creating this forum. I have a 2015 Vision i just acquired. I have a timing wheel in hand. I am planning on doing the maximus in the future, i know that will be the best option but may just add the wheel for now to save some cash. My question is what would you set the wheel on initially? And how much more torque do you think the maximus going to give me over just the timing wheel? Thanks

The money spent on the timing wheel could have been applied to the Maximus purchase. With it, you could change your ignition advance yourself and would not have to install a wheel or replace a gasket. Then when you are ready for a full tune, with your maximus, you are already part of the way there.

I’m not sure buying an unnecessary part is playing into your “looking to save cash” strategy.

That money could have gone to the Maximus unit which does the timing through the programming (rather than a physical part)

I would remove and sell the Lloydz timing wheel and apply that money towards the Maximus.
