Victory oil can be purchased direct at http://www.victorymotorcycles.com or a third party online re-seller.

Otherwise the rule is never full synth, and MA rated. Every OEM has this in their inventory. Like Yamalube, Honda oil, etc. Or several aftermarket manufacturers too.

I recommend the OEM spark plug. You can order these at your local NAPA. The type is listed on the VIN tag, or you can download a service manual in the “Resources” section.

Because it drastically increases the likelihood of clutch slippage.

Even if the Synthetic is JASO Rated?

You are welcome to use any oil you like. Makes no difference to me.

Personally, I would never use full synthetic of any type or brand in my wet clutch Victory, no matter what was printed on the bottle.

    Hey Rylan,

I put an accel super coil, 10mm plug wires, and put ngk iridium plugs into my 11 Vegas 8ball. I see you prefer the OEM plugs but what do you think of the combo I have goin on. No issues so far. Have you seen bad things happen with these parts? Thx brother… Great job with the website… I will be upgrading to a pro membership very soon.

The Victorys have a great ignition system, so I never deviate from it. Aftermarket coils and wires are just for looks.

I don’t use iridium in air cooled engines as they can seem to foul more easily and I often have trouble getting tach signals on my dyno on bikes with aftermarket spark plugs/wires.

Question. Do you index your plugs? I know on a car you can get gains pointing the opening toward the intake valve.

    I do not.
