Step one for me would be to use your bore snake in the dip stick hole to see if you can find it. With the bike being on the right side when it happened, the Time-Sert would also be on the right side.
Next for me would be to do exactly as Rylan suggested. It’s doubtful anyone has replaced more Victory drain plug threads with a Time-Sert than Rylan Vos.
Unless the hole is much larger than the Time-Sert, I don’t see it falling back out through the drain hole without a LOT of effort. Especially if the bike is on the right side.
