Generally I don’t like to talk about fuel mileage because of all the myriad of variables at play that affect mileage. Some of my personal vehicles can sway 10-15 mpg depending on the variables, and my bike is no different,

But since you asked I’d start with the tune. You said ECM tune. Does that mean the flash card that Victory included with the exhaust that the local dealer used their Victory software to program? Or do you mean an aftermarket devices that re-programs the ECM?
