Met Rylan for the first time in 2003 when he worked for brand X in Ankeny and I needed help with my 2000 SC. In all these years he has been truthful and honest. Tried another shade tree mechanic when we purchased our Vic trike, and will never do that again! We subscribed as a lifetime member because we expect to ride our 2012 CCT California Sidecar trike until I cannot ride any longer, and that will be a long time!
