My 07 Kingpin has a vibration above 3000 rpm’s. It happens sitting still and revving in neutral or in any gear going down the road. The higher I rev it the worse it gets. I feel it in the handlebars, floorboards and seat. Mirrors blur to the point of being unusable. Lloydz torque tubes, RPW Thor exhaust and PCV. No vacuum leaks. Dyno tuned twice. I’ve checked every bolt I can get to. Exhaust isn’t touching anything. Any advice would be appreciated.

    My standard questions are:

How long have you owned the bike?

    When did the problem start?

I’ve owned it for 4 years. It started probably about 2 years ago. After adding the intake, exhaust and PCV. I don’t have the original parts but have gone over the install of these parts several times and can’t find anything wrong.

I also replaced the riser bushings. First with poly and when those didn’t help I replaced them with the factory newer style rubber bushings.

This is not a problem that I’ve heard of before, therefore I’m not going to be much help in diagnosing it. It kind of sounds like that’s just the way it is.

You modify the bike, it changes the way it feels, you’ve gone over the work, everything looks great, someone double checked the tune, the bike runs brilliantly otherwise……the only thing I can offer is “that’s the way she goes”. I’d be happy to take a look at it in person and give it a real diagnosis…

      Yep! That’s totally normal.
