What’s the turn around time for a fuel pump rebuild and cost?

I sent the pump on Sep 11 but it looks like the delivery was unsuccessful with multiple attempts between Sep 13 and Sep 19 and now it is waiting for pickup. The address I used for the shipping to, was 20957 Northcrest Ave, Minburn, Iowa 50167
