Integrity
I’d like to offer an account of the integrity and solid reputation Rylan has and deserves.
Last week, I filled out and sent the service request on the forum here. I heard back from Rylan Tuesday (yesterday). His chat was fantastic, great information and to-the-point advice. But over and above all, he said, to wit, “you don’t need to do the work you describe for another 60- to 80 thousand miles. Just ride it til then and get ahold of me in a couple years.”
So: the next time you wonder if this page, this guy, his whole social media footprint are anywhere near being trustworthy and credible: Believe it. They are. He could have easily schedule me and done the *not necessary work, and taken my money, and sent me on my way. Rather than that, he was honest, up-front and forthright in saying “keep your money” and giving me some rather inexpensive peace of mind, instead.
Good on you, Rylan. The world needs more businessmen and more people just like you.
