Hole in Rear exhaust header pipe before and after pictures
Below are a couple of pictures from my Rear exhaust header pipe it was making a bit of extra noise care off the hole, the XC is a 2012 and has done 71,000 miles used all year round in a damp UK climate.
Looking at the design this is a dirt trap and caused the pipe to rust from the outside, I got it welded up and then covered it with some stainless steel plate this should be good for another 70000 miles.
