I am in credibly lucky that I just purchased an ’06 Kingpin and this guy in Iowa keeps making these brand new, in depth videos on how to fix everything I’m trying to fix. Literally going to do most of this in the next few hours. Also going to see if my throttle cables are crunchy.

At this point of teardown and the TB and boot out of the way, is it possible to move the stock airbox enough to change the front valve cover? Do the exhaust crush gaskets need to be replaced each time the exhaust is removed?
