This Kingpin is sporting my favorite combination for 106″ steel frame models! Stock engine with Lloydz 501 cams, Lloydz TT intake, and an RPW 2-1 exhaust like the Thor or Big Slash (pictured). This combination always spits out this huge chunk of midrange torque. Stick that in a nimble steel frame bike like this 2012 Kingpin and you’ve got one thrilling ride!

    Rylan,

Do you have any experience putting this combo on a 08-09 100ci engine? How much of a power difference is there? I’m doing this right now and am curious how my build will compare to what you’ve seen.

That’ll still be a good build. You might use a smaller cam just because those years of 100’s were really low compression. Low 100’s for power and torque.
