What parts should be replaced in a 100,000 mile engine service apart from new rings due to low compression 180psi on the back cylinder and valve stem oil seals, hoping to avoid splitting the engine or should I just leave engine alone until the compression drops to 160psi.
The bike it running well and on the original clutch, just had to replace the original regulator, currently at 88,000 miles. Thanks for any comments. uk John

I would just keep on riding it.

Because when you start saying “should I replace this” then often the answer is going to be “might as well since it’s apart”. And then you just end up replacing EVERYTHING and it gets quite expensive.

      Thanks for the comment
I will keep a eye on the rear cylinder compression its ring wear as comes good 225psi if I add some oil to the cylinder not smoking or using oil.
